Winter Wine Tasting at the Greenville Arts Council


Think you know all about wine? Whether you’re a novice or connoisseur, come out and join the Greenville Arts Council at their annual wine tasting event, Grapes in the Gallery, on Thursday, January 31, at 6:30 p.m. in the Roger D. Malkin Gallery.

This year marks the 4th year of Grapes in the Gallery the annual wine tasting event hosted by the Greenville Arts Council. All proceeds raised during the event help support the programming of the Greenville Arts Council throughout the year. Come enjoy a night of delicious wines with Sommelier Norm Rush.

Norm Rush has been in the wine/restaurant industry for over 25 years having a wealth of knowledge and experience in both areas.  He owns a wine brokerage firm in Mississippi representing the finest wines worldwide with his main focus being on education in the wine industry).  He is a guild-certified Sommelier with two associations and is also certified through the Society of Wine Educators as a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW).  He has traveled extensively through every major wine growing region in the world and continues his studies in the growing and ever-changing world of wine.

An intimate evening, surrounded by beautiful art and fine wine,” stated MacKenzie Stroh, Executive Director of the Greenville Arts Council.

Admission is $45 per person; $40 for Greenville Arts Council members. Reservations are required and space is limited. This event was made possible by the generosity of Chillie’s Package Store. Reservations must be made in advance by contacting the office at 662-332-2246. Must be 21 years or older to attend.
